Patternmaking and Pattern Development
With a decade of experience in the Fashion Industry, Rose Hill Workshop offers full service Patternmaking. From ideation to creation we can help you. Whether you are starting from scratch or you have a pattern you would like to finesse we can assist. All pattern packages include a muslin and two rounds of pattern adjustments, and your digital pattern file.
Samplemaking and Sample Development
With over 30 years of sewing experience in the Contemporary, Bridge and Designer markets we can construct a variety of samples. With an extensive list of specialty equipment located in Rose Hill Workshop we work to give you the highest quality garment possible.
We are experienced in soft goods, tailoring, silk, cut & sew, spandex and leather.
Development & Production Fitting
With 15 years of fitting experience Rose Hill Workshop is confident we can work with you to find the perfect fit for your development. Over the last 5 years we have worked with designers both locally and nationally and am adept at fitting in person or virtually. We are happy to work with your fit models but also can provide in house fit models if needed.
Digitizing
We can digitizer your paper patterns for you efficiently, as well as save them in the following file formats: Gerber, MDL (Lectra), DXF or PDF, allowing you to send your pattern files to manufacturers all over the world.
Grading
Once we have perfected your sample in your fit size we can digitally grade your patterns. We have extensively worked on Women’s, Men’s, Unisex & Children’s brands and can use your existing grade rules or can work with you to develop your own based on industry standards.
Tech Pack Development
Armed with your pattern, tech pack and full spec sheet we get you ready to move into production with your development. Whether you have a manufacturer in mind, or if we connect you with a domestic manufacturer you will be prepared to step through the doors with confidence.
Small Run Production- limited availability
Rose Hill Workshop offers small production runs of garments, limit of 50 pieces. A full sample must be sewn in house to determine pricing before production begins.
